How Destructive is Your Anger?

When you have serious anger issues the results can be catastrophic. They can affect your interpersonal relationships with your spouse, your family, your friends, your co-workers or your employer.

Individuals with high levels of hostility report less marital satisfaction and more marital conflict than those without. And failure to deal effectively with anger can destroy intimacy and reek havoc on marital relationships. Is this a good enough reason to get your anger under control through Anger Management Classes? You can rest assured it is!

What about that anger against your children? Do you really need to spank them or worse? Is there a better alternative behavior on your part? Can Anger Management Classes teach you this? Without question!

Did you know that anger is the leading cause of job termination? Anger is not a good response in the work place whether directed against a fellow employee or your employer. Can Anger Management Classes teach you new alternative responses to your anger? Absolutely!

What about in everyday situations like driving an automobile for instance? Anger may be a factor in more than half of all automobile accidents. And I’m sure you’ve heard of road rage. That is an anger response. And what will you do if you become enraged on the road? Go after the perpetrator? Capture them? Beat them up? Put your life at risk or the lives of your passengers or others? Can Anger Management Classes help before the anger gets out of control? Definitely!

Anger is a stronger predictor of heart disease than high cholesterol, smoking or high blood pressure. Recurrent anger issues are a serious threat to your health and need to be resolved through training? Can Anger Management Classes improve your health? Surely!

Here I have presented several common, but by no means all, situations in which re-occurring angry responses can cause serious relationship, health and even life-threatening challenges. Isn’t it time for you to take charge of your Anger before it takes its toll on you?
