How Does Stress Contribute to Anger?

Stress that is unresolved can cause frustration, a feeling of helplessness, which, if allowed to continue for any length of time, makes you more prone to an angry response when your so called buttons are pressed.

Resolving stress requires training and assitance. That's part of our Anger Management Program at Nevada Anger Management, LLC, along with teaching you the tools necessary to control your anger and change your behavior. We'll also teach you the techniques for managing your stresses, enhancing your emotional intelligence and improving your communication skills through active listening and correct and honest speaking.

Our program is not therapy. Rather it is a skill enhancement program designed to get your anger under control quickly and painlessly.
