THE COST OF ANGER – PART II

Another area where an inappropriate angry response can occur is in the workplace, between you and a fellow employee or between you and your boss or supervisor.

The cost of this encounter can very well be your job and even a lawsuit. Do I need to explain the costs of your defense in a lawsuit brought by a fellow worker against you? And what about the costs associated with losing your job or your home?

Worse, how do you think that blemish will look on your work record or resume? Who will want to hire you when you have a history of anger in the workplace?

The answer is really quite simple.
